My distributed Glide XP job failed when one subjob yielded no poses. How do I fix this?
This problem has been fixed in Suite 2010, and the job no longer fails if a subjob yields no poses. We recommend that you update your software.
Another possibility is to eliminate the ligands for the subjob that found no poses from the input structure file, and rerun the job.
