Can Glide be run in a parallel (MPI) environment?
Glide cannot be run in a parallel environment such as MPI. However, Glide can distribute a docking job over multiple processors, by simply splitting the job into multiple, independent subjobs, and combining the results at the end. This is much more efficient than the use of MPI parallel computing.
