Can an estimate be made as to how many compounds from the Glide screening results should be purchased, in order to come away with some "guaranteed" leads?

This question is very difficult to answer, because the hit rate from screens varies greatly from target to target. In our experience we have seen hit rates of 5-20% from screens, but this is after various post-Glide processing steps, such as a chemist manually evaluating the top Glide poses.
