How do I run extended loop sampling or cooperative loop sampling jobs from the command line?
The command to run for extended and cooperative loop refinements is multirefine:
$SCHRODINGER/multirefine [options] input_file
Other Prime refinement jobs (default loop sampling, minimization, side chain prediction) use the following command:
$SCHRODINGER/refinestruct [options] input_file
