It seems that the merging of XPDES files from Glide subjobs fails under certain conditions. How can I generate a merged file from a set of subjob files?

'filename_glide-dock_XP_'subjobnumber'.xpdes
This problem was fixed in Suite 2009 Update 2. Prior to that, the merging of subjobs proceeded if a subjob didn't produce results, but some results would be missing from the final .xpdes file.
