QikProp has a feature to mark property values that are outside of the value ranges for 95% of known drugs. Is this list of known drugs available?
Unfortunately not. The known drugs used by QikProp are a proprietary set collected by Prof. Jorgensen, the program's author. There are approximately 500 known drugs of diverse type, mostly orally available.
