In the ConfGen output, one of the properties columns was titled Times Found-OPLS2005. Could you let me know how theses values are computed and what they represent?
ConfGen performs a conformation search that includes a redundant conformer elimination step. If a redundant conformer is found, the number of "times found" is increased by one.
