The ConfGen Advanced mode with solvation gave no cis conformers for my molecule, but the Standard mode of Confgen finds at least one cis conformer. Why is this?
This behavior is probably structure-dependent, and could be due to the energy filtering. You could try increasing the energy window for ConfGen Advanced.
