When I run my Glide docking job, I don't get a pose viewer file _pv.mae, even though I selected the option to write a pose viewer file. What has gone wrong?
If the pose viewer file does not exist after the job finishes, the job might have failed or simply produced no poses. There are many reasons this could happen (bad structures, bad job parameters, the ligands simply don't fit in the active site, or machine/network problems). Check the .log file error messages for some indication of the problem (which you can do in the Monitor panel). Perhaps your ligands are missing hydrogens or have inconsistent bond orders and formal charges. If you did not prepare your ligand structures for docking, we recommend that you do so with LigPrep.
