How is 'Eint' calculated? What role do the 'vdw', 'coul' and 'hbond' components play in this?
Eint is the sum of the 'vdw' and 'coul' terms. This is a convenient measure of the non-bonded interaction energy. The 'hbond' component is computed separately.
