I get the following error when generating a grid with flexible hydroxyls:
FATAL mmim_handle_write_rec_glidecons(): Found constraints to movable atoms, or check failed.
FATAL mmim_handle_check_cons_to_flex(): error determining specification of movable atoms.
How do I fix this?
This error occurs if you try to add constraints to movable receptor atoms (flexible hydroxyls). You cannot select the same atoms for constraints and for flexible hydroxyls.
