I cannot figure out what some of the XP penalty terms indicate, like the "Blk" penalty. Is there anywhere where these terms are described?

These terms (including 'Blk') are described in Table 6.1 of the Glide User Manual, and also in the online help for the XP Visualizer. The 'Blk' term is a penalty for burial by the ligand of a charged protein group that makes no H bonds with the ligand or protein.
