I used GLIDE_CONS_FEAT_FILE to specify the location of a feature file but $SCHRODINGER/glide seems to be ignoring that keyword. What can the problem be?
This is a known problem in the Suite 2009 release. The GLIDE_CONS_FEAT_FILE keyword actually was supported only for writing a feature file with a non-default name, not for reading one, during the docking job.
This issue has been resolved in Suite 2009 Update 2(i.e., Glide v55211), which you can download and install from our website. Meanwhile, you would have to rename/copy your feature file to 'jobname.feat' for each job.
Keywords: feature file, Glide
