In Glide, I would like to be able to set certain torsional constraints in my ligand. Is there a way to do so?
Starting with Suite 2010, you can set constraints on ligand torsions in the Torsional Constraints tab of the Ligand Docking panel. For previous releases, torsional constraints are limited to fixing the geometry of amide bonds.
