I would like to export all the information in the Glide pose viewer file as a text file or excel file so I can use it in a spreadsheet. How do I do this?

You can create a file suitable for import into a spreadsheet program as follows:

1. Import the jobname_pv.mae file into Maestro.
2. Open the Project Table panel.
3. Choose Table → Export → Spreadsheet from the Project Table menu.

By default, a CSV file is produced with all the property data from the Project Table.

Alternatively, you can generate a CSV file from the command-line by running this command:

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/proplister -a -c jobname_pv.mae
