I notice that Maestro 9.1 displays F--H H-bonds. I prefer to not view these H-bonds. Can I turn them off?
There isn't a direct preference to turn off H--F H-bond display. The workaround is to subtract the fluorine from the atom set definition in the H-bonds tab of the Measurements panel. Add "and not a.e F" to the end of the Atom Set definition. "a.e" stands for atom.element. Hydrogen bonds to fluorine are off by default from Suite 2011 (Maestro 9.2).
