Can Maestro include F---H interactions when showing H-bonds?

Yes. These interactions can be displayed as "halogen bonds". You can turn the display on and off in the Non-Bonded Interactions panel, which you can open with Tools → H-Bonds and Halogen Bonds. The Preferences panel has settings to control the detection of these bonds.

Prior to the 2014-3 release, hydrogen bonds to fluorine are off by default, but you can turn them on with a command preference. To show H-bonds to fluorine, display the Command Input Area from the Window menu, and enter the command:

prefer fluorine=true

This preference is persistent in future Maestro sessions. To turn off H-bonds to fluorine, enter the command

prefer fluorine=false
