In my Glide input I used the keyword GRIDFILE to specify the name for my receptor grid. When I run Glide from the command line with this input file the grid is always written to grid.zip. Why is this keyword being ignored?
The grid .zip archive seems to have been assigned the basename of the .in file, rather than honoring the GRIDFILE setting. This issue has been resolved in Suite 2010. If you are not ready to update your software, you would have to change the name of the .in file if you want the .zip file to have a different name.
Keywords: GRIDFILE, Glide
