What would be the best way to produce a standard input file (DICE .inp file) for Glide?

The "standard input file" is also called a DICE file, and is the format read by Impact, the computational engine for Glide. Glide now has its own input file, which is used by default. This file was called the "simplified input file" in earlier releases. If you want to create a DICE input file, you can click Write to write the Glide input file, and then run the following command:

$SCHRODINGER/glide -write_inp jobname.in

In earlier releases than Suite 2011, you can click Write, and clear the 'Write simplified input file' option to write a DICE input file.
