Which part of the Glide output has the protein-ligand steric contact information, in the total score?

This is the Evdw or 'glide evdw' term. This term and the Coulomb term (Ecoul or 'glide ecoul') are summed to make the Ecvdw or 'glide energy' convenience term, but they are included in the GlideScore with separate coefficients.
