I would like to use an older version of Glide to run a docking process. How can I designate the Glide version to submit the job?

We recommend installing new major releases (e.g., Suite 2010 vs Suite 2009) in different directories. You can then switch between them by changing the SCHRODINGER environment variable.

If you have installed the newer suite in the same place as the older suite, you are likely to run into problems running your jobs, due to incompatibilities.
