Can the per-residue interaction scores at the binding site or the XP descriptors be reported in Excel?

Glide doesn't write an Excel-readable file directly, but the residue interaction data is stored as properties in the output pose viewer file. When you import this structure file into Maestro, these properties appear as columns in the Project Table. You then can export the Project Table columns to a CSV file with Table → Export → Spreadsheet. This file can be read into any spreadsheet program.

If you are viewing the XP descriptors in the XP Visualizer (under Applications → Glide), you can export the properties directly to a CSV file from that panel.
