Is there a term in the Glide score that rewards an aromatic C-H/acceptor interaction (where the aromatic C-H is acting as an H-bond donor)?

Yes, as of the 2013-2 release, Glide supports the inclusion of aromatic C-H hydrogens as H-bond donors. You can turn on this feature by selecting "Include aromatic H as donors" in the Advanced Settings dialog box of the Receptor tab in the Receptor Grid Generation panel. See Hydrogen Bonds with Aromatic Hydrogens and Halogens in Grid Generation and Using Hydrogen Bonds with Aromatic Hydrogens and Halogens in Docking for more information.
