When I try to run the Ligand Interaction Diagram script on Windows, I get this error:
Error in executing: 'ligand_interaction_diagram_gui.panel' :
Error type:
<type 'exceptions.ImportError'>
Error message:
No module named render
What is the problem?
The problem is that two of the files were incorrectly named when they were extracted from the archive during installation. To fix this problem, go to the folder %APPDATA%\Schrodinger\maestro91\scripts\ligand_interaction_diagram_gui_dir\lid2d and rename render.p to render.py and rotate.p to rotate.py (i.e. change the extension from .p to .py).
This problem is present in Suite 2010 and is fixed in Suite 2011.
Keywords: Ligand Interaction Diagram, Script Center, no module
