Something went wrong with my job, and it is lost on a remote host. How do I get my results back?

First, check the status of the job:

$SCHRODINGER/jobcontrol -ping JobId

where JobId is the actual Schrödinger JobId. If the status is 'stranded', try to recover any results using:

$SCHRODINGER/jobcontrol -recover JobId

Otherwise, log in in to the machine where the job was running and locate the files. To determine the host and the location of the files, use this command:

$SCHRODINGER/jobcontrol -list JobId | egrep "^Job(Host|Dir)"
