My Glide docking run produced the following warning:

%IMPACT-W: Confgen failed. Will skip this ligand.
SKIP LIG 54 (GTP): PROBLEM IN CONFGEN
What does this warning indicate?
This error indicates a problem generating conformers for this ligand. If it is due to a correctable structural problem with the ligand (e.g., bad geometry), you can fix the structure and then try docking it again. If the structure is OK and ConfGen fails to generate conformers, you could consider generating conformers with MacroModel and then docking them in rigid-docking mode.
