I can run Maestro, but Glide fails with the following error:
FATAL mmim_handle_start(): error launching sh installdir/glide -OVERWRITE -PROJ ...
What is the problem?
This seems to be an installation problem, due to installing the 64-bit versions of our software on a machine with a 32-bit OS. You will need to download the 32-bit (Linux-x86) versions of the Schrodinger suite from our web site (Resources & Downloads → Downloads). Maestro is a 32-bit only application in Suite 2009 and earlier, which might explain why Maestro could be run on this machine, but Glide could not. As of Suite 2010, all applications are available on Linux in 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
