How do I submit jobs to a PBS queue?

The Schrödinger job control system handles the submission of jobs to PBS, LSF, and SGE queueing systems automatically, once some configuration is done. See Chapter 6 (especially Section 6.3) of the Installation Guide for more information. Once the configuration is done, the job can be submitted to a queue in the same way as you submit it to a remote host.
