What does the term "Glide rewards" consist of?
The "Rewards" score in Glide is actually a composite of many terms that contribute to the GlideScore. This includes the old (i.e., Glide 4.0 and earlier) BuryP term and many of the special reward terms now incorporated into Glide HTVS/SP from the XP scoring function, such as the hydrophobic enclosure and correlated hydrogen bond terms.
The BuryP term itself already was a composite of several underlying scoring contributions, such as the buried polar term and the amide twist penalty (if applied). Essentially, BuryP/Rewards has served as a "Miscellaneous" score for all contributions not included in the other terms.
Some of these individual "Rewards" terms can be viewed with the XP Visualizer, though this requires an extra XP score-in-place job and an XP descriptor license.
