If I create a hypothesis manually using Create Hypothesis, how do I add excluded volumes before searching for hits?

In the Manage Hypotheses panel, which opens after you have created the hypotheses, you can select the hypothesis and click Excluded Volumes, to add volume spheres. If you are creating a hypothesis in the framework of a receptor, you can use Applications → Phase → Receptor-Based Excluded Volumes to create excluded volumes from the receptor.
