Can I view the parameters assigned by the force field?

Yes, with a command such as the following:

$SCHRODINGER/utilities/ffld_server -imae input.mae -version 14 -print_parameters -out_file test1.log

Version 14 corresponds to OPLS_2005. See the ffld_server usage message for more information.
