My cluster contains a mix of x86 and x86_64 compute nodes. Sometimes, my jobs get stuck in the 'submitted' status and never seem to run. What could be happening?

If your cluster contains a heterogeneous mix of x86 and x86_64 cluster nodes, make sure that the x86 and x86_64 module for each Schrodinger product is installed and available for each cluster node. To check which modules are installed, login to the cluster, and execute the following command:

$SCHRODINGER/machid
