Some of the Maestro panels don't open on Windows. Is there a fix for this problem?

Some of the Maestro panels are written in Python with the TKinter toolkit, rather than in C++. These panels fail to open if the environment variables TK_LIBRARY and TCL_LIBRARY are set before you start Maestro. The workaround is to remove or rename these environment variables. Information on managing environment variables on Windows is given in Appendix A of the Installation Guide.

In Suite 2010, many of these panels have been rewritten in PyQT, which does not have this problem.
