Can I set up a Jaguar calculation from Maestro and run it on multiple structures in the same job?
Yes. If the structures are in the Project Table, just select them and choose "Selected entries" from the "Use structures from" option menu at the top of the Jaguar panel. If they are in a file, you can choose "Selected structure files" from this menu, and browse for the structure files. If you run this job on a multiprocessor host, the calculations are distributed across the processors.
