I get the following message when I try to start Maestro:

WARNING MM_UIMOptionMenu::setCommandID(): unknown pushbutton name: ''

What does it mean?

This could be due to a font problem or it could be a problem with the graphics card driver. If it is a font problem, Maestro should probably run without problems, but you might consider checking your font installation.

If you are using an Intel onboard graphics card on Ubuntu, this error can be associated with the pointer disappearing in the Workspace. You should try upgrading (or possibly downgrading) the driver. There is a fix available for the disappearing pointer - see the related articles.

If none of these situations fit your circumstances, please contact technical support (help@schrodinger.com).
