When trying to use the Maestro ActiveX control, I receive a "side-by-side configuration" error like the one below. Can I do something to address
this issue?
System error. The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
This problem usually occurs because the required VC++ runtime libraries are not installed. These libraries are included when you download Maestro. In the download folder (Schrodinger_Windows_Download), there should be a thirdparty folder containing vcredist_x86.exe. Running this executable will install the needed VC++ runtime libraries.
