Instead of just looking at the GlideScore, I would like to cluster the poses and compare the clusters. Is there a way to do this?

You could try the pose_entropy.py script from our Script Center, which you can download via Scripts → Update in Maestro. It computes modified GlideScores based on the population of poses clustered into energy wells.
