While running a Receptor Grid Generation job on Windows, I get the following error message:
zsh:no such file or directory: C:\Schrodinger2009\impact-v55211\bin\WIN32-x86\main1h
Is there a fix for this problem?
This is a known issue in Suite 2009 for large proteins. The problem is fixed in Suite 2010, so you should upgrade your software.
