Can I export structures from Canvas in 2D coordinates?

Yes. From File → Export, select a file name and structure format (usually SD). Click the Export button and the Export Options panel opens. This is described in the Canvas User Manual, chapter 2. To export the structures with 2D coordinates, select the "Force 2D coordinates" option. If you chose the SD file format, you can also choose to export in the MDL version 3.0 format.
