When running a script from the Schrödinger Script Center, I recieve an error message with the line "Name 'panel' is not defined". Why ?
More than likely, you have an older, unsupported version of the script somewhere in your path, probably in your $HOME directory, or in one of the
default script locations:
$HOME/.schrodinger/maestroXX/scripts
$HOME/.schrodinger/scriptsYY
For Suite 2009, XX corresponds to "90", and YY corresponds to "1.8".
Please check in these locations and rename or remove the older script.
