How do I obtain the supporting documentation for my Schrödinger software product, and in what formats are the documents available?

The product documentation is supplied in the software download or on the product DVD. With a few exceptions, all documentation is in HTML format, as of the 2016-1 release. In earlier releases, User Manuals, Quick Start Guides, and other documents were supplied in PDF format, while online help, Python scripting documentation, and KNIME node documentation was supplied in HTML format. When you install the software, the documentation is also installed by default.

The documentation for the latest release can be viewed here. Documentation for releases earlier than 2016-1 can be obtained from the Documentation Download page.

You can open most of the documentation from the Maestro Help menu or the Canvas Help menu.
