Will Schrödinger software run on 64-bit platforms under Linux?
Yes, you can run Schrödinger software on 64-bit x86-based hardware.
In Suite 2010, there are 32-bit (Linux-x86) and 64-bit (Linux-x86_64) versions of the software. In earlier versions, our software will run on 64-bit platforms that have a 32-bit compatibility mode. You should ensure that you have installed the 32-bit compatibility libraries.
In addition to x86-based hardware, you can run Jaguar and QSite on Itanium 2 hardware up to Suite 2010. Itanium is not supported in Suite 2011.
