Windows installation fails with the message:
The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation
What can I do?
This situation can arise if you are using upgrade to install a new version of the software as a non-administrator with elevated installation privileges. If you know where the installer files were stored for the previous release, you can move the installer files for the new release to this location, and the upgrade should then work. Otherwise, you should uninstall the previous version and install the new version.
