Jobs that I am running from a Windows host are failing. Why might this be happening?
If you have security software installed that is watching the ports on the machine to prevent intrusion, your jobs may not be able to connect to the license server. To fix this problem, you need to include the port number when you specify the location of the license server, on the SERVER line of the license file, or by including it when you set the environment variable to locate the server. See the Installation Guide section on setting up access to a license server for more information.
