How can I restart a VSW job?

To restart a VSW job, just run it from the command line with the command

$SCHRODINGER/vsw jobname.inp

You will be prompted to indicate whether to resume the job where it left off, restart from the beginning, or abort. You can also use the -RESTART and -OVERWRITE options to indicate what to do, and avoid the interactive prompt. On Windows you should open a Schrodinger Command Prompt window (Start → All Programs → Schrodinger-release) to run this command (but without the $SCHRODINGER/).
