How can I restart a VSW job?
To restart a VSW job, just run it from the command line with the command
You will be prompted to indicate whether to resume the job where it left off, restart from the beginning, or abort. You can also use the -RESTART and -OVERWRITE options to indicate what to do, and avoid the interactive prompt. On Windows you should open a Schrodinger Command Prompt window (Start → All Programs → Schrodinger-2011) to run this command (or a SchrodingerShell prior to 2011).
