What parts of CombiGlide run in parallel or distributed mode?
When the Dock Library stage is run, if multiple processors are specified, then docking will be distributed over that many processors.
When carrying out combinatorial enumeration with the Minimize option, if multiple processors are specified, ligprep will be distributed over the number of processors specified.
