Where can I get a protocore library to use for core hopping?
There is a protocore library included in the software distribution, as of Suite 2012. It is listed as Schrodinger Cores in the file selector for importing a core file. If you need access to the library from the command line, it is available in the combiglide-vversion/data/core_library subdirectory of the software distribution.
