Can I use the Torque queuing system to run Desmond jobs?

Yes, but you cannot use both Torque and PBS Pro from the same installation, because these two rely on plugins of the same name. To use Torque, you must move some files in the installation. For more information, see the section on configuring queuing systems for Desmond in the Installation Guide.
