Can I use files from other programs, such as Amber, Gromacs, and Charmm, with Desmond?
Yes, after conversion into CMS format. To make the conversion, first read the file with VMD and write it out as a Maestro file. Then you can convert this file to a CMS file according to the procedure outlined in Article 989
