Yvonne Tran, Vice President and General Counsel, joined Schrödinger in 2010. Prior to joining Schrödinger, she served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle America, Inc. and as Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick Inc. Yvonne practiced intellectual property law at various law firms in New York after law school. She has extensive experience in the software and technology services industries with particular expertise in intellectual property and commercial transactions. Yvonne holds a B.A. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
