Obtaining a License
To request a license from Schrödinger, please send a message with the following information to licensing@schrodinger.com:
- Machine information
On Windows, the machine information is written to the file schrodinger_machid.txt on your Desktop when you install the software.
On Linux, copy the output of the following command into the e-mail message:
$SCHRODINGER/machid
- The name of your organization
- The name of the Schrödinger software purchaser
Once we receive your message, we will generate your license file and send it to you via e-mail, usually within one business day. If you need more information, see Chapter 5 of the Installation Guide.
